1. What is Grow? 

Grow is a free, entry-level Land management tool provided by FarmIQ Systems Limited (we, us, our). 

Grow helps Landowners record information and view details about their land / farm system. It’s designed to be easy to use and a starting point — not a full land management solution.  

2. Agreeing to these terms 

By creating an account or using Grow, you agree to these Terms. 

If you already use other FarmIQ or FARMAX products, those products keep their own Terms & Conditions. These Grow terms sit alongside them and don’t replace them.  

3. What Grow is — and isn’t 

Grow provides general information only. 

• It is not professional advice 

• It does not replace advice from consultants, vets, accountants, or other professionals 

• You decide how and whether to act on what Grow shows you 

You remain responsible for decisions made on your Land.  

4. Free access and limits 

Grow is free to use. 

Because it’s free: 

• Features, data limits, or usage may be restricted 

• Some functionality may change over time 

• We may update, reduce, or stop Grow (or parts of it) at our discretion 

Paid products will always be governed by their own Terms & Conditions.  

5. Upgrading to paid products 

If you choose to upgrade from Grow to a paid FarmIQ or FARMAX product: 

• The paid product’s Terms & Conditions will apply from that point 

• Your data may be carried across, subject to your agreement 

There is no obligation to upgrade.  

6. Your responsibilities 

When using Grow, you agree to: 

• Enter information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge 

• Use Grow only for lawful, land related purposes 

• Take responsibility for how you use Grow’s insights 

7. Your data and privacy 

• You own your data 

• We may store and process your data to operate Grow 

• We may use aggregated and anonymised data to improve our products 

• Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy 

We do not sell identifiable data.  

8. Availability and support 

Grow is provided “as is”. 

• We don’t guarantee uptime, availability, or support 

• Support may be limited compared to paid products 

9. Intellectual property 

• Grow software, branding, and content belong to us 

• You’re granted a licence to use Grow for your own land-based business 

10. Liability and risk 

Using Grow is at your own risk. 

To the extent permitted by law: 

• We exclude or limit our liability 

• We’re not responsible for indirect or consequential loss 

• We don’t guarantee outcomes, accuracy, or fitness for purpose 

This reflects that Grow is provided free of charge.  

11. Ending access 

• You can stop using Grow at any time 

• We may suspend or end access if Grow is misused or these Terms are breached 

• Data retention will follow our standard policies 

12. Governing law 

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law.
